Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, streaming on Paramount+, led the Whip Media chart of streaming movies, while Apple TV+’s “Ted Lasso” again topped the Whip Media chart of streaming originals among U.S. consumers for the week ended June 4.

Rising from No. 3 to the top spot on the streaming movies chart, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves began streaming on Paramount+ May 16. Starring Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez and Regé-Jean Page, the film, based on the classic board game, follows a charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers who undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic. But things go dangerously awry when they run afoul of the wrong people.

Season three of “Ted Lasso” started streaming in weekly episodes March 15. The 12-episode new season, which wrapped up May 31, finds the newly promoted AFC Richmond soccer team facing ridicule as media predictions peg them to finish last, while team manager Ted (Jason Sudeikis) deals with pressures at work and personal issues back home.

Remaining at No. 2 on the streaming movies chart was Shazam! Fury of the Gods, which began streaming on Max May 23. The sequel continues the story of teenage Billy Batson who, upon reciting the magic word “Shazam!,” is transformed into his adult superhero alter ego.

Falling from the top spot to No. 3 on the streaming movies chart was the Marvel Comics-based Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which began streaming on Disney+ May 17. In the film, superheroes Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and The Wasp. Together, with Hope’s parents Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Scott’s daughter Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought possible.

Rising from No. 3 to No. 2 on the streaming originals chart was “How I Met Your Father,” starring Hilary Duff. The second part of season two debuted May 23. In the series mirroring the setup of CBS’s “How I Met Your Mother” (2005-14), Sophie in the near future is telling her son the story of how she met his father, a story that catapults viewers back to the present where Sophie and her group of friends are in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps and limitless options.

Rising from No. 4 to No. 3 on the streaming originals chart was Apple TV+’s “Silo,” which premiered on the service May 5. The dystopian series is based on the “Wool” series of novels about a future where a community exists in a giant silo underground.
