Paramount+’s “Evil” topped the Whip Media chart of streaming originals among U.S. consumers for the week ended Aug. 25.

The series rose from No. 2 on the chart as season four, which started streaming on May 23, wrapped up on Aug. 22. The series follows a psychologist working with the Catholic church to investigate purported supernatural events.

Falling from the top spot to No. 2 on the chart was Netflix’s “The Umbrella Academy.” Season four of the series, which follows a group of estranged siblings with superpowers who are reunited after the death of their father, debuted with all six episodes Aug. 8. The series stars Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, Aidan Gallagher, Robert Sheehan, Ritu Arya, David Castañeda, and Kate Wash. Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally and David Cross join the final season.

Rising from No. 4 to No. 3 on the chart was “Emily in Paris,” season four of which debuted on Netflix on Aug. 15. Starring Lily Collins as Emily Cooper, an American who moves to Paris to work at a social media marketing company, the Darren Star-produced show showcases Cooper’s language and cultural difficulties relocating from the Chicago office, in addition to dealing with her burgeoning love life and friendships — while dressed to the nines in the latest Paris fashions.

Falling from No. 3 to No. 4 on the chart was the adult animated series “Futurama,” streaming on Hulu. Season nine of the series about a 20th century man frozen for 1,000 years debuted July 29.

Landing at No. 5 on the chart was “Love Island U.S.A.,” which reentered the chart as the season six reunion special debuted Aug. 19. The reality competition series follows contestants pairing up to find love and become the top couple voted on by viewers.
