Netflix original series “Griselda” generated more than 1.6 billion viewing minutes in just four days of availability as the most-streamed content across U.S. household televisions for the week ended Jan. 28, according to new data from Nielsen.

The show about the late cartel boss Griselda Blanco, featuring Sofía Vergara in the title role, generated an audience that had the highest concentration of Hispanic viewers during the week at 46%.

Following the historic run of former USA Networks’ legal drama “Suits” over 15 total weeks on Netflix and Peacock as the most-streamed content on domestic TVs in 2023, “Griselda” is only the fifth other title to see the top overall spot since the week of Oct. 9-15, 2023, when Netflix’s “The Fall of the House of Usher” blocked “Suits” from adding a 16th week atop the overall streaming chart.

No. 2 overall “Bluey” led the pack of acquired content and notched another big week with 1.25 billion minutes viewed on Disney+, followed by “Grey’s Anatomy” (999 million minutes), “Young Sheldon” (984 million) and “This is Us” (776 million). Young Sheldon’s older self in “The Big Bang Theory” also made an appearance on the overall chart at No. 8 with 690 million minutes viewed on Max.

At No. 7 overall, The Hill was the only movie to hit the overall chart during the week, totaling 736 million viewing minutes on Netflix in its first full week of availability on the service.

Finally, “Loudermilk,” which migrated to Netflix (from Prime Video) at the beginning of January, took the 10th spot on the acquired content chart with 593 million viewing minutes. It first made the Top 10 charts during the week of Jan. 14, when it was No. 8 overall with 846 million minutes, but has slowly decreased its viewing totals since.
