Who knew licensing past episodes of former USA Network drama “Suits” could be so appealing to viewers? Streaming interest in the former series, which featured Meghan Markle before she quit acting to marry Prince Harry and become the Duchess of Sussex, generated more than 3.6 billion minutes consumed across 136 episodes on Netflix and Peacock for the week ended July 9. That’s more than three-times the viewership for Netflix’s high-profile “The Witcher,” with 1.19 billion minutes across 21 episodes, and more than twice the tally for “The Lincoln Lawyer,” at 1.4 billion minutes across 15 episodes.
